Joy&Us LLC was created to offer more than housing. It aims to provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can live confidently and thrive on their own terms. The founder’s approach combines hands-on caregiving experience, empathy, safety, and entrepreneurial vision to create a model of independent living where residents receive support without losing their autonomy.

A Message from Our Founder
Joy I. Nwokoro, Founder & CEO
Joy I. Nwokoro, founder of Joy&Us LLC, brings a caregiver’s perspective to independent living. With a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) & Phlebotomist, Joy Ihuoma Nwokoro gained firsthand experience caring for individuals and developed a strong understanding of their physical, emotional, and safety needs. This experience led to the belief that independent living should preserve dignity, choice, freedom, and personal control while providing the support people need.
