They are separate from, and do not replace, the Housing Program Agreement, Program Fee Agreement, House Rules, and other program documents that govern participation in the Joy&Us LLC independent living program. Those program documents are provided and signed separately during intake.

No Tenancy or Medical Care
Joy&Us LLC is a program-based independent living program, not a residential tenancy, landlord-tenant arrangement, or licensed medical, assisted living, or healthcare facility. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as an offer of medical care, clinical services, or 24-hour supervision.
