No. Joy&Us LLC does not provide medical care, clinical services, medication administration, or supervision. Residents are responsible for managing their own medications and health needs.

Visitors are not permitted on the premises. The only exception is a pre-approved licensed care provider or professional service provider, present solely to deliver that service.

Room checks happen weekly, and as needed for safety, maintenance, or compliance reasons. They are administrative and safety-based, not landlord-tenant inspections.
